After starring in Sean Penn's first directed film, "The Indian Runner," Viggo Mortensen became one of the cult actors who had many enthusiastic fans. His existence that sometimes let leading actors/actresses be hazy, is appraised by many directors and gets admires of young actors such as Skeet Ulrich as one of the most respectful actors. But he says, "For me, acting isn't my whole life. My priority is my son. Even before he's born, it wasn't acting that I gave my priority to".
Sorry for my poor English! But "Skeet Ulrich"! Remenber "Albino Alligator(1996)" and what he did to Viggo in the film! *grin*grin* Flix (June, 1997)

Invitation (July, 2004)
Do you know this guy? You should know him! His name is Ryo Ishibashi, YES! he was Viggo's co-star in "American Yakuza". This is an interview of Ryo Ishibashi. He talked about Viggo a lot. I'll introduce a bit :)
When Viggo visited Japan for the promotion of RotK, he gave Ryo a DVD. The title was "City of God" and Ryo was surprised/glad because he had been interested in the film and even bought the sound track of it. Also, a little while ago, both of them praised Lars von Trier's "Breaking the Waves". They have been keeping in touch with since "American Yakuza" and he said "We always talk about many films as we meet!". :)
